Current restrictions on traditional lending mean candidates must have access to at least a million dollars in liquid capital to open a Unity Rd. cannabis dispensary.
Our franchise partners may be owner-operators or passive owners with a designated, experienced manager running operations, but even before we welcome you to the Unity Rd. family, we’ll want to be sure we are aligned and you are prepared to dive into the exciting, yet challenging cannabis industry.
